Knowledge provides freedom: without know-how we are exclusively dependent on the whims of society and the state of the economy; understanding how to assemble a substantially superior toothpaste may offer financial savings and significant dental health benefits. In contrast to commercially available dental care products - we can assemble completely natural dental tools without the use of artificial chemicals, foreign to the body.
How to use our instructions?

The necessary ingredients
- Bicarbonate powder and/or Sea salt
- Coconut, olive, grape seed or sesame oil
A superior admixture of essential oils would consist of peppermint, clove, cinnamon, neem, wild oregano, myrrh and frankincense, however, adding even a one of the aforementioned essential oils into the concoction would provide significant benefits, see: The Essential Blend.
- A small container; suitable to store the homemade toothpaste admixture; approximately the size of a small cup (a tight resealable container may well prove practical during travel).
- Food grade hydrogen peroxide (handle with due care)(optional)
Instructions
Depending on personal preferences one may fine-tune the particular ratios of the ingredients, the following rations are simply guide-lines:
3/5 Bicarbonate powder and/or sea salt and/or licorice powder
(if using two, one may use half and half; if using all three, one may use 1/3 of each)
2/5 oil carrier
20-100 drops of essential oil(s) along with a few tablespoons of carrier oil
Optional: 50-200 drops of hydrogen peroxide (HP)
(depending on the concentration (C) of the hydrogen peroxide (C HP), one may vary the amount (C HP 35% = 50 drops)).
Shake the mixture prior to use.
Note: Any one of the above ingredients are actually sufficiently powerful - to stand alone if circumstances thus require.
