Preparation Information

Juicing can be a valuable addition to any sensible lifestyle regimen.

Infinite variations are possible. However, high water
content fruits and vegetables are always preferable sources of juice. It is important to appropriately combine ingredients in order to obtain a delicious juice.

TIP: Bananas and leeks, for instance, are unsuitable for juicing.
