A consistent sleeping routine promotes hormonal regularity; and therefore long term emotional wellbeing. The adequate quantity of sleep varies due to individual circumstances.
For instance, intense physical exercise often increases our bodies demand for sleep.
However, most importantly, in this extension, concerns whether we feel refreshed and rejuvenated following sleep. If we do feel so consistently, our sleeping cycle is appropriate.
Nevertheless, we must also remember other factors may be decreasing our bodies capacity to regenerate during sleep, thus negating and diminishing our general ability to experience wellbeing under any circumstances.
The sun cleanses our skin, and encourages the production of essential hormones, such as vitamin D, whilst insufficient daily intake of light is linked to depression and dis-ease. If we live in dark and cold climates, we may do well by installing full spectrum lighting in our houses, and visiting suntan salon once a week and/or include a vitamin D supplement, if necessary.
We are member of the primate order. 60 million years of primate evolution, transacted in conjunction with a rainforest habitat, in which fruits and vegetables were the primary sources of sustenance. We are therefore physiologically hardwired to consume mostly plants. Modern research logically cooperates the many benefits of a whole food, plant based, diet.
A dietary regimen characterized by foods rich in vitamins, minerals, polyphenols and other beneficial phytonutrients; predominantly colorful fruits and vegetables, ideally supplemented with wild herbs, provides an abundance of minerals and phytochemicals; ensuring a standard of wellbeing far exceeding that of most people.

Attaining and maintaining optimal cellular hydration facilitates outstanding physical performance, since enumerable cellular processes are thereby optimized.
Many people consider the consumption of water an effective measures to increase hydration, however, water may not be the most optimal source whereby we may increase our level of cellular hydration, and since significant electrolyte content stimulates water absorption in the small intestine, the juices of coconuts, watermelons or oranges, for example, are preferable in relation to increasing cellular hydration. A diet based on mostly high water foods (i.e. fruits and vegetables) will therefore prove optimal.
The particulars of our environment affect our entire being.
Living in a pollution less environment will reduce our accumulation of environmental toxins; promoting a dis-ease-less life.
Associating with caring, inspiring, optimistic, creative, well-meaning individuals; encourages a similar pleasant outlook.
Like attracts like.
Being surrounded by love, beauty and harmony in our home and at work stimulates those very same qualities in our presence and perspective. Examples: beautiful, colorful, paintings and pictures, inspiring sculptures, waterfalls, gemstones and crystals, harmonious classical music, fragrant flowers and plants, and the diffusion of sensual, aromatic, essential oils, etc.
Enjoy walking, swimming, running, dancing, bouncing or performing yoga. Our body is designed for movement; everyone ought to take advantage of our amazing biological machine.
30-45 minutes of daily vigorous movement will maintain our physical operating system and keep it vitalized.
If we are unaccustomed to daily physical activity, our initial experience might seem discomforting and disheartening, however, in most cases, the experience will improve following a few sessions.
