Introduction
The body is the medium whereby we express our being, however few might realize the extraordinary joy and happiness we may potentially feel; when we heal.
Devoid of the inspiration nourishing motivation; encouraging and maintaining sublime lifestyle transformation; due to our unbeknownst ignorance of the body's latent, actual potential. Sadly, we may therefore prefer the safety of familiarity; a path fostering an unfulfilling mediocrity.
If one might merely momentarily feel the splendor and richness of the world if experienced with elevated senses and enlightened lenses; endless stores of alacrity, coupled with an abundance of energy; amplifying mental clarity; our intention would for ever after be; re-attaining that marvelous experience of reality.
Dear friends, try some of the proposed suggestions; and feel the difference: the mere absence of apparent dis-ease must not be mistaken for wellbeing.
The forthcoming exposition will examine our human physiology, species specific adaptations and potential for physical and dietary transformation: the material foundation underlying blissful being.
System
The body is constituted of two interdependent fluid systems (blood and lymph) and an assemblage of cells:
The blood system transports nutrients, whilst the lymph system removes environmental and cellular toxins and waste products (the lymph system is the body's sewage system); conjointly the systems maintain homeostasis (performance).
The flow of the fluid systems determines the condition of the body; since cells (like other lifeforms) require nourishment (food), and subsequently produce byproducts (excrement).
Blockages and constrictions in the performance of either fluid system compromises vitality; therefore optimization and regeneration of the body must enhance the performance of the lymphatic system; ensuring effective blood construction, detoxification and nutrient assimilation.
Almost all major dis-eases stem from a dysfunctional lymphatic system; constraining the body's ability to remove waste; damaging cells and tissues; eventually causing weakness, inflammation and illness.
The performance of the endocrine system (a network of glands controlling the flow and production of essential hormones) affects our ability to cope with stressful circumstances, provides experiences of fatigue and exhaustion or well being and happiness, induces motivation and determination, or apathy and lethargy, whilst sleep patterns and digestion processes are further modulated by glandular activity. Wherefore upgrading and regenerating the functionality of the endocrine system bestows vitality, resilience, strength, endurance, awareness and happiness.
By adhering to the following protocols*, the body eliminates constraining heavy metals, environmental toxins, enhancing lymphatic movement; relieving interstitial constipation, whilst improving glandular performance; optimizing the experience provided by the body
Stimulation of the lymphatic system and regeneration of the endocrine glands instigated by the consumption of astringent lymph moving fruits and powerful botanicals, and rhythmic sustained activity: breathing, jumping, rebounding, dancing, yoga and swimming.
Incorporation of chlorophyll rich greens and herbs promoting detoxification of the blood and the expulsion of heavy metals and other environmental and cellular toxins and waste.
Foods are the building blocks of our physical structure
Transforming our body into a palace of wellbeing often necessitates adjusting our dietary habits; appropriating the human evolutionary design.
Humans are part of the great Ape family (Hominidae: Orangutans, Chimpanzees, Bonobos and Gorillas*) all off which are frugivores.
If one desires proof as to which foods are appropriate: try catching a wild animal, or chewing unprocessed (raw) meat - compare the experience with picking and chewing a mango fruit; empirically the experience provides ample evidence of our biological adaptation.
*Gorillas are primarily herbivorous
Human Physiology
An analysis of human physiology and anatomy unequivocally supports fruits and vegetables as our evolutionary appropriated food source:
If one can relinquish undue bias stemming from anachronistic present day circumstances, discourses and viewpoints colored by institutionally inherited lenses; the evidence appears overwhelmingly conclusive: humans are part of the great ape family, we require tropical warmth and sunlight (try walking around without cloth). The human sense of taste is specifically adapted to the preference of sweet fruit. The mechanics of human teeth are particularly suitable for the consumption of tender greens and soft fruits, our bodies are not equipped for hunting flesh: claws (absent), jaws (type, location and motion), facial muscles (insufficient for rigorous mastication), flat teeth, stomach acidity (weak), alkaline saliva (carnivore: acid), gut capacity (large), folded gut structure (carnivore: smooth gut structure), and an incapacity for optimal liver detoxification (vitamin A) and high protein (acid) elimination (via the kidneys). For over forty million years our ancestors evolved symbiotically in arboreal environments (in the rainforest). Evolutionary adaptations occurring since the recent divergence are minor; considering our lack of resistance to cold weather, the necessity of including vitamin C in the diet, unadulterated food-source preferences, the pH of our saliva, the structure of our gut, the inability of the liver to detoxify vitamin A, and the human ability to synthesize vitamin D3*.
*carnivorous and truly omnivorous animals cannot synthesize vitamin D, yet they can detoxify the liver from excess vitamin A (introduced in excessive quantities during the consumption of prey).
Lifestyle
A diet consisting of fruits and vegetables (plus seeds and nuts) is the species specific diet for humans. Hence, humans ought maintain a diet of at least 70-80% fruits and vegetables for optimal maintenance of the body.
Modern human dwelling habitats are often outside of the primate appropriated rainforest environment; a source of natural abundance, hence we must adapt; as we do by wearing cloth, by optimizing our food intake, perhaps including certain herbs, activating extraordinary human well-being; our highest natural potential.
Food is only one part among many necessary for experiencing happiness. Nevertheless, running on the appropriate food promotes sustainable happiness; being in happiness whilst experiencing sickness is tremendously difficult, and the performance of excellence and movement is constricting if we are debilitated due to disadvantageous dietary habits.
Eating and preparing food should be an enjoyable - creative process. Appropriate food should taste good: many people, misleadingly believe, the taste of wellness promoting food is plain and bland, the opposite is true: foods prepared with fresh (organic) ripe fruits and vegetables are extraordinarily delicious.
Some are convinced the preparation time is prolonged; this notion is no less misleading, perhaps some added planing is required for complex gourmet dishes (crafting gourmet food is time consuming), yet many recipes can easily and quickly be prepared, since adding and excessive combining is unnecessary, whence the quality of fresh produce is excellent; the food will be highly palatable without excessive preparation. The heavenly perfection of a medjool date, or the beauty of a slice of mango cannot be improved upon by human ingenuity.
The most important aspect of creating delicious food is the quality of the produce. Ironically, one of the great benefits of preparing meals from high-quality fruits and vegetables: minimal processing is necessary to achieve splendid, stupendous taste. Moreover, when consuming species specific foods; you need not perform magic by combining many ingredients and condiments since your taste-buds are designed to enjoy the taste. In some cases, an initial adaptation might take place; if you're not accustomed to enjoying fruits and vegetables, otherwise simply incorporating more unprocessed fruits and vegetables will be rather easy.
Water
Water is the blood and vessel of life; hydrating; energizing and vitalizing. The purity and energy of water is supremely important.
Spring water is a superior source of water; filtered by the earth until finally ripe for drinking. The taste is delightful. The benefits of the body and mind are empirically verifiable. Try to feel the difference.
If we live far away from a natural spring source - finding other solutions is necessary for improving the quality of our drinking water.
Air
Air oxygenates the blood: the vital process of energizing cells.
Fresh air containing a minimal amount of toxins, bacteria and fungus is optimum.
Sunshine
Sunshine is a cleansing nourishing benign healing agent; providing energy for the production of vital vitamin D and detoxification via the penetration of skin tissue by infrared and ultraviolet light. The sun is the ultimate detoxifying agent.
Earthing
Earthing (barefoot connection) connects the human body with the biological electrical grid; natures evolutionary design for the electrical human body. Walk barefoot whenever possible.
